Age Concern Hauraki Coromandel believes wholeheartedly in the importance of staying active.
We currently offer three programs designed to get you moving:
Steady As You Go©, a gentle yet effective strength and balance program. 45 mins;
Aligned to Go©, a dance based program that complements our existing Steady As You Go classes. Pitched as the level after Steady As You Go©, these classes develop co-ordination and balance. 1 hour.
Co-Lab Movement Creation, dance as falls prevention where exercises are thoughtfully integrated into dance activities, including circle dances, partner dances, and hand jives. 1 hour
These initiatives promote strength, balance, and social connection in a friendly environment for just $2 per class. Join us to improve your well-being, make new friends, and have fun!
